Complaints Procedure
- The Discovery Sailing Project is committed to providing a good standard of quality services to all volunteers and crew who sail with us
- We will take seriously any concern or complaint and will look into it promptly, for resolution as quickly as possible
- Concerns and complaints procedure is open to everyone who has any dealings with the Project
- We will deal with complaints in line with the Scouting Association’s policy and procedures regarding complaint management (https://www.scouts.org.uk/about-us/policy/scouts-complaints-policy/)
- DSP will keep a register of all complaints, which will be reviewed regularly by the Board of Trustees
- Our complaints procedure will be part of the process of monitoring the quality, effectiveness and non-discriminatory nature of its services
- All skippers are required to read, understand and comply with this policy and its procedures written up in the Safety Management System and Training Manual
